Happy Mail

After feeling pretty rotten lately with my ME and fibromyalgia I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and do something nice. Everyone loves receiving happy mail so each week ( health permitting) I will give away a little parcel to one of my Instagram followerers. All you have to do is follow me and put a little comment under the giveaway picture....

April Rhodes Date Night Dress

After buying April Rhodes date night dress pattern I couldn't wait to try it out. I found some gorgeous fabric from The Rag Market in Birmingham for £2 a metre... I only needed 2 metres! Bargain :)

Now I'm still learning to make dresses so I'd class myself as a beginner and I found this dress so easy to make. 

The pattern comes with step by step colour photo guide. So it's very easy to follow. I took my time and within 2 hours I had a brand new dress.

This is the gorgeous fabric I used.

Even my pins matched :)

I found a big chunky necklace in my cupboard which matched perfectly...

Then took my dress out for a spin!! 

I've already brought more fabric to make some more dresses using this pattern.

Beautiful Necklaces On Etsy

I have been busy making and adding these lovely necklaces on etsy. Each necklace is made from laser cut wood and finished on an 18 inch silver plated chain. The necklaces are £6 each plus p&p.

All the items in my shop come prettily gift wrapped at no extra cost.

This would make fab gifts for a birthday or even valentines day.
